From time to time a driver will ask me, "How do I keep clean in a corrupt society?" The Rev. Chuck Swindoll gives the following techniques for keeping clean in a corrupt society:
1. Pay close attention to what gets your attention or what you look at.
2. Consider the consquences more than the temporary pleasures of sin.
3. Daily renew your sense of reverence for God.
4. Frequently focus fully on Jesus Christ. Be on God's agenda and not yours.

It has been said that we can't keep the birds from flying over our heads but we do not have to let them nest in our hair.
